Our Story

Founded by Billy Kopf at age 10, armed with a Honda push mower, BK Tree and Landscape was born. A native to Conshohocken and the son of an avid gardener, Billy built his business from the ground up grass roots style, starting with his neighbors. As time went on his passion for trees and plants only grew, and he dove deeper into his craft.

He continued building his business through high school and well into college. Studying horticulture at Temple University’s Ambler campus allowed him to gain a deeper understanding for our native ecosystems here in Pennsylvania.

Paired with years of experience from industry mentors, Billy is building an organization of skilled, caring individuals who strive to do good on their promises and continue delivering high quality work to their clients. He now manages both the landscape, and tree divisions within BK Tree and Landscape with his handpicked team.
